To help us triage and respond to your messages efficiently, please keep the following operational standards in mind:
Response SLAs¶
- General Inquiries: Typically reviewed and answered within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Security Disclosures: Triaged with high priority within 12 hours. Encrypt sensitive vulnerability data with our public PGP key whenever applicable.
